A-SMGCS Simulations

ATRiCS' A-SMGCS simulation system has been designed to visualize the possibilities and effects of higher A-SMGCS levels and to train for the introduction of new A-SMGCS systems and procedures such as the use of dynamic guidance by airfield ground lighting.

German National Aviation Research Programme III+IV

ATRiCS simulation capabilities have been used throughout the last (2003-2007) and the current National Aviation Research Programme 2007–2012. The A-SMGCS simulation suite forms a core element of the currently ongoing joint research project „iPort“ (2009-2012) in ATRiCS is partnering with Fraport, DFS, Munich Airport, Diehl, Jeppesen, delair and others.
